Directions to use
1.Soak it for 2/3 mins in lukewarm water
2.Check whether it is soft & edible it shouldn’t become soggy
3.Dry water
4.Add Jaggery,Cardomom, Grated cocunut for Sweet Aval
5.Aval Upma & Laddoos can be made

Once Opened store it in an Air Tight pack in Refrigerator & consume with in 2 weeks
